Ms. Herrin has successfully represented clients who have suffered brain damage, traumatic brain injury, motor impairment, memory loss, concussions, and sensory loss, stemming from closed head and spinal injuries. She was admitted to practice law in both California and Nevada in 2002. After completing a judicial clerkship, she joined Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger.
She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California and thereafter entered Santa Clara University School of Law where she served as editor for the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal.. During her time at Santa Clara she worked as an extern at the San Mateo District Attorney’s Office, and completed externships in Vietnam and Singapore.
Following law school, she served as law clerk for the Honorable Connie J. Steinheimer of the Second Judicial District Court, State of Nevada. During her tenure, she worked on a wide variety of matters including matters involving neurologic injury.
Ms. Herrin is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA), the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association (NTLA), the State Bar of California, and the State Bar of Nevada.
