
Mr. Baghdadi completed his undergraduate degree with honors at the University of California Irvine in 1994. His legal education was obtained at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he now serves as an adjunct Professor of Moot Court.
Mr. Baghdadi has had the privilege of assisting many individuals who suffered brain injury due to trauma. He is experienced in handling a variety of catastrophic injury cases, including those ranging from bicycle collisions, to trolley car falls, to neurological damage caused during the process of birth and delivery.
Because of his substantial experience in working with long term rehabilitation and neurosurgical experts, Mr. Baghdadi understands the special needs and long term treatment and planning required for brain injury victims and their families. He is dedicated to representing individuals whose lives have been permanently altered as a result of negligence or misconduct.
